These are perfect alongside the bean and quinoa chili. Want to kick them up a notch? Add some candied jalapenos and plant-based cheese.

All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.
