Nasturtium Capers

The nasturtium plants and flowers are planted in the Whatsits garden and we hand collect the seed pods as they develop. 
Once a jar of brine is filled the capers go through lacto-fermentation before a final pickle into jars. 

They’re salty with just a touch of the peppery flavour of the nasturtium flower. 

Put on a cheese board or toss into sauces and salads and go great with fish
