The Neurodiversity Symbol is raised up and the back is smooth. My Neurodiversity pride collection is a worthwhile and positive alternative to the puzzle pieces you see floating around, which have a very sordid history. The keychain, the silicone portion measures 2 3/4 inches in length and about 1" in height. The keyring and chain measure roughly 2.5", The clip and attachment is about 1.5".
