Purple People Pleaser

This is a team up with Tragically Dipped. They saved their citrus peels etc when making curd and I made them into a marmalade. 

Mike’s favourite colour is purple so I endeavoured for a purple marmalade

Meyer lemons, wild blueberries, blackberries, vanilla and cinnamon give a bakery feel to this one.
