Raspberry Almond Jam

Ontario raspberries (I picked them) with a touch of almond extract. 
The almond extract moderates the tart raspberry and just makes it wonderful

My great grandmother made delicious raspberry almond tarts, so this is an homage to her and all the Sunday teas we shared
