Chocolate Chip Cookie Mix

Good old-fashioned chocolate chip cookies. This mix uses plant-based chocolate chips - a hit with even the non-vegans.

All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.

Makes 2 dozen generous size cookies.
