Cranberry Oat Muffin Mix

Cranberry, rolled oats, and a hint of orange come together to make a delicious morning muffin. Or any time of day really.

All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.

Makes 18 muffins.
