Earl Grey Shortbread Mix

With the lovely aromatic flavours of quality Earl Grey de la Creme tea, this shortbread is perfect for tea time. Cut into shapes or roll into logs and freeze for fresh baked shortbreads whenever the craving hits.

All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.
