Italian Barley Soup

This hearty soup has all the flavours of beef barley soup with out the beef. There are no beans in this dish, so it cooks quickly on busy nights.

Three Simple Steps to dinner:

1. 1. Empty contents into a pot
2. 2. Add water according to directions
3. 3. Simmer for required time and serve!

Makes 1.5 litres of soup.
