Pumpkin Spice Marshmallow Cookie Mix

A seasonal hit. With a little pumpkin spice, Dandies pumpkin marshmallows and crumble Lotus Cookies, these fall cookies will have everyone feeling Fall.

All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.

Makes 2 dozen cookies.
