Red River Soda Bread Mix

A childhood favourite hot cereal in a soda bread, the perfect accompaniment to any of the soups.

All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.
