The perfect base for any scone creation. Add chocolate chips, dried fruit, or any flavourings you fancy. These scones are amazing on their own (with a little jam and clotted cream) or as a side to any one of the soups.
Cut dough in half, roll each half into a ball, flatten, and cut into 6 triangles. Or roll out and cut into any shape you would like. These freeze after baking very well.
All the baking mixes have been tested with both eggs, milk and butter and plant-based alternatives. I use flax egg (1 tablespoon ground flax : 2 tablespoons water), oat milk and a plant-based butter alternative.
