White Sage + Palo Santo + Clear Quartz

Sage is a traditional medicine plant of the Native American peoples, used for healing and ceremony. It is used for cleansing and purification, and to open people up to a greater connection with the sacred. It is thought to banish negative energy, not only on the physical level, but also emotionally, mentally and spiritually. It has a very aromatic, sharp and stimulating smell, and its action works on all the senses. However, it is honoured in Native American tradition to be sacred herb used for sending prayer and working with the power of spirit.

Palo Santo, literally meaning “holy wood” in Spanish, is a tree that is widely distributed throughout Central and South America. Palo Santo is used in South America in much the same way as White Ceremonial Sage is used in North America- to combat negative energy and to cleanse the space and yourself. Palo Santo is different than many of the other smudging materials as it is fragrant in its raw form and does not necessarily need to be lit, though it usually is when being used for ceremonial purposes. 

Clear quartz is a powerful crystal with a restorative and amplifying energy. Because it's often used with other stones to strengthen their effects, it's a great addition to crystal grid. Clear quartz is best for all chakras to clear and activate them, and it can be used to purify the physical and energetic bodies.
